Normally you cannot choose between both options. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Challenging lighting conditions are no obstacle to excellent image quality. The programmable motorized pan-tilts allow the cameras to be operated remotely, reducing the need for staff and saving costs.

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is your partner. Several cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for television and the Internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
