Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)
A main field of activity of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
One of the main benefits of multi-camera production is the ability to capture multiple angles simultaneously. Multi-camera production can be more expensive than single-camera production due to the additional equipment and crew required. Multi-camera production requires careful planning and coordination between camera operators and the production team. This ensures that each camera is capturing the right shots and angles. Multi-camera productions can benefit from the use of robotic cameras, which can be remotely operated and programmed for specific shots. These tools can create dynamic shots and add movement to the footage. Multi-camera productions can be used to create a sense of immersion for the viewer, as they can feel like they are right in the middle of the action. Multi-camera productions can also be used to create a more cinematic look and feel, as the footage can be edited to create a specific mood or atmosphere. Multi-camera production is an essential tool for modern video production and can create a more engaging and immersive experience for viewers. |
