High demands vs. small budget?

It is seldom possible to have both at the same time. However, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use modern, latest-generation cameras of the same type with large 1-inch image sensors. Excellent image quality is achieved even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, minimizing the need for personnel and reducing costs.

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion . Several cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is your partner. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
