These two things are usually incompatible. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation of cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Optimal image quality is achieved in demanding lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely with the programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces manpower and costs.

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is your partner. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
