Usually you need to focus on one or the other. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation of cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Excellent image quality is guaranteed even in difficult lighting conditions. The cameras can be operated remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which minimizes personnel expenditure and reduces costs.

Synchronous recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion . We use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.
Video reports for television and the Internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
