A main field of activity of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
