High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

It is seldom possible to achieve both at the same time. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors. Excellent image quality is achieved in difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces manpower and saves costs.

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion . For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is your partner. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
