Achieve impressive results on a budget?

It is often not feasible to achieve both. However, GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use have large 1 inch image sensors and are of the same type as the latest generation. As a result, optimal image quality is guaranteed even in difficult lighting conditions. Depending on the situation, programmable motor pan tilters are used. The remote controllability achieved in this way minimizes the personnel expenditure and lowers the costs for you as the client.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

A main field of activity of GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? GERA, Bad Köstritz Film-, Medien-, Videoproduktion is your partner. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
